About Pace Inspection Services

Some of my earliest remembrances are of going to my dad’s construction sites. He was a contractor. I have been around home construction all my life. Many years of experience in construction, from sweeping floors on my dad’s projects, to driving nails on home and commercial properties, led me into project management. Becoming a home inspector was a natural transition. I am uniquely qualified to provide you with valuable information that will help make your purchase decision much easier. He will provide you with a thorough inspection and an easy to understand narrative report. I take great care to stay abreast of current inspection techniques and procedures and have worked hard to help set standards for the inspection industry through support of and leadership in the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
